Linking the Past with the Present

We often are not free to make positive choices in our lives because we hold onto behavior patterns we learned in our childhood. Recalling and healing the impact these had on us, frees us to be who we authentically are in the present and make the healthy choices we need to make today. (It is not necessary to remember specific childhood events for change to happen.)

Role Playing

Imagining stepping into someone else's shoes allows us to access perspectives other than our own. Rehearsing for the future eases anxiety and better prepares us for what's to come.
